Suirside Medical Centre was initially opened by Dr Michael Carey in 1971 and is one of the oldest medical practices in Clonmel. Dr Damian Sharpe led the practice for many years after Dr Carey’s retirement, until he was succeeded by Dr Julie Ryan in 2018. Dr Ryan was then joined in 2019 by Dr Tony Maher.
At Suirside Medical Centre we provide a full range of general practice and occupational health services. We strive to provide excellent medical care, by placing the individual at the very centre of what we do.

Between 1-2pm and 5-6pm there is a separate phone number for emergencies: Caredoc, the out of hours GP service, is available after 6pm Mon- Fri and at weekends from 9am on Saturday mornings. They can be contacted on:(0818) 300365/999
